Growlithe, and she isn't punk (although kinda looks it), she just have a very large tuft of fur on her head that falls forward instead of backwards. ^^;
And, to critique you a bit, it seems that the front legs' upper muscles seem off. I'm not sure if that's defined "correctly"...It must be the gloves :P
Aye, the legs are off. I think it's much worse with the thighs and hip area, though. ._.
As for Qoyh being blind/about to be attacked by the snake... Yeah, he is blind. He's a bit special, though, kinda senses the world without his eyes. He's quite well aware that there's a small critter nearby, although possibly not sure if it's a snake, a lizard or a ratlike thing. He doesn't care much either way, just sitting there being fwumpy.
The snake is just passing by with a hint of curiousity~
