I was under the impression that all most all of the Old Testament events took place in either Israel, Iraq/Persia, Sinai Peninsula, and Egypt. Israel had Jerusalem; Exodus happened in Egypt; and the bondage to Babylon was in Iraq/ Persia.

Seeming how this has been dug up, I suggest that if a Bible discussion should happen you should start with Matthew, which is a very good book for giving directions on how to live life.

Or we could go for the fun stuff like Revelation.
