5. Electronic music and all of the all types of it eg: hardtrance, rave, trance, acid, ect are the shit. I feel it is far better than any type of music that all of the "cool kids" listen too.

I've never even considered Linkin Park as metal in any way. There's big differences between "NU Metal" like Linkin Park and bands like It Dies Today which play Metalcore music.

I'm going to have to disagree. There's a humongous difference between Nu Metal, Heavy Metal, and Black Metal. The harmonious quality of the sound itself plays a big part in this.

You didn't understand my point at all. My point is if you listen to "Black Metal" and can't stand "Nu Metal" then shut the fuck up and don't listen to it. Then jam your ass off to what you enjoy.
Its because its a sub genre. Anyone who likes a certain kind of music really hates when their type of music is categorized into a new different form of art. They feel like its infringing on what they loved to listen to and don't want things to change.
Personally, I like metal, but not too much metal, or my head hurts. So nu-metal is just right...not too much metal, not too much rap, not too much pop. Just right.
So we have the anwer. nu-metal is for sissies. HEAVY METAL is for people that likes theyr music loud.
