After putting some thought into the status of our public school, and the intellectual presence of America on the world stage. I've come to realized than the majority of our problems could be solved with smarter kids and the best way to get smarter kids is to get a better public school system.
My periods are 82 minutes, and I have 4 Periods. It actually is Three to Four hours of repeating, and I don't know how much days of school there is. So do math, samy, 150-180 � 4. Than I read at home at night time because it's what I do to kill time and make myself tired.
I have nine periods that are 50 minutes long I think I'm a bit worse off then you there. Also I was talking about the hour of reading you said you had to do, and if you do it to kill time it can't be that bad.

According to this, your school lasts 7 hours and 30 minutes, where do you live? China? School is only supposed to last up to 6 hours.
I had a teacher last year who actually taught, beleive it or not. He had his own funny opinions on teaching. He beleived mainly that if they make you do worksheets, their not teaching you, and the teacher is lazy. This man only gave 1 question quizzes, but he made the questions so you had to have actually learned something to pass. Did I also mention each quiz was a 100 points?
Well apparently mines a bit longer. I'd gladly give up an extra hour and a half to get a bit more knowledge.

Private schools are text book examples of how restrictive private enterprise institutions are compared with ones that belong and are paid for by the tax payers! Abolish private schools and use the surplus funds they get to make schools better nation wide! ( Public schools may vary in accordance to how they are run in terms of freedoms and privileges. )
