Fist of all, all way's make a bank first to speed up the process. Then make a forge. Set spawn to repeat and turn on Power. The make a generator and then a Armory. Set the Armory to Power. Unleash a couple A 25 Romans and turn on Rally to defend yourself for bit. Then fully upgrade all of your buildings(you will have to spawn more A-25's while your upgrading.) OK so now that you have upgraded you can now attack. Leave some defense behind. When you in take some Gladiators with you. Also bring some anti tank units with you. And some airborne machines to stop the Black queens. No bring in some firepower. You may have to repeat the process a few times. Keep doing it until they go down. Arsenal Strike Now make a bank, then an outpost, and two armories. Set both of the armories on the men. No set up some defenses and upgrade you buildings. When they all done move in with some tanks. Leave a few tanks behind to guard also. Take in a lot of infantry with you.they should be taken down easily if you overwhelm the enemy. Keep spawning Arsenal until they go down.
I went outpost, made tanks and such and held out till arsenal, then when 1 hover came...*poof* all the enemy's ground units were annhilated, then we just rampaged across the field.
Mission 5 maybe too hard now since v2, as the enemy builds endless stream of units. I was still able to beat it with dual armories and dual outposts though. Tank+marine is still more reliable then gordiz.
Played campaign mission 5 again. Damn was that annoying. Ended up camping 3 Spec Ops teams in front of the enemy to kill spawns and tried to nuke the base as much as possible between waves. It worked but took so damn LOOOONNGGG! D:
What I do is make a bank. Then a forge. Next I make a bunch of scouts stop them until i can't make any more. Finally whoosh send them forward. you want to make a special units and send missiles out. When you get enough influence send an A-27 or whatever pride because they kill. Most of the time this works unless they know this routine.
Look, there are 2 ways to do this, either power nor electricity...
Power style: First set your goverment to Communist, then when ur already playing, make a bank first. After you got enough resources to make an Outpost, set on your rally point then make a couple of marines, about 5-15 or so, so that you can make a bit of defense while you are upgrading or saving up resources. Save up money to upgrade your bank, then again, make marines. If you wish to make more money and power, make 2 armories for both or just hospital and another bank... when you have plenty of power, make plenty of marines 'til you are broke to power... You can also make plenty of medics to reinforce your marines, or just reinforce them with tanks, air units or anti- air units. after you have many like 100 or more units just relax and advance them.. pwn is the last word
Electricity style (this is just like power style but besides of marines, we use A25 romans) First set your goverment to Fascists, when ur already playing set rally point on, make bank, if you have enough resources to make forge, make it. make many A25 romans 'till you drop so that you can make defense a bit when upgrading or saving resources, then when you have insuffecient resources to make it, save up for generator. After you have many electricity, make more a25s(romans), oh yes, 'till you drop. save up money for solar grid, the grid will make enough electricity to just keep spawnging a25s. you can also make air units or anti- air units for reinforcment. after you have many like 100 or more units just relax and advance them.. pwn is the last word
PS I dont know wether the 'electricity' is the right word for 'IT'
---I dont know if it will still work(because I played colony previously since last month) but its tested and reccomended for starters (or experienced)
