John Coleman, founder of the weather channel, and 30,000 scientists along with 9,000 of them with PHDs are attempting to sue Al Gore for financial fraud due to false Global Warming
Okay climate change is real...global warming is a part of that but not the only part. As far as Al Gore getting sued I could really not care less, but denying the scientific evidence of climate change is ridiculious. Humanity is not totally to blame for climate change but the amount of green house gases we pump into the atmosphere only accelerate the natural process. If climate change is real... and I'm not too knowledgable on the subject, which is why this is a serious question... but IF climate change is real and deadly enough to kill us based on gases that go into the air that we CAN'T completely obliterate, can we really stop it? All we could really do is slow it down, I think (which is good, but still...). Or, is there a set amount of gases that can be harmlessly taken into the atmosphere WITHOUT accelerating the process? Just asking, for someone who knows a lot about it.

the thing is, that you cannot give 100% guarantees on your answers on this topic. whether it is the point, if global warming happens(yes there is also a huge group of scientists which defends the opinion that the climate cools down), or how big the impact of humans on the climate change is. we have never been in this situation, so you cannot say, that it is safe to emit a certain amount of gases or not. by pure logic i would say, that every amount of gas will affect the atmosphere. it can be that until a certain amount the effect is so small that we dont realize it.
Al Gore is just creating propaganda about global warming. did you know that a british scientist had proof that al gore is wrong and was supposed to go at a press conference. but, THE SECRET SERVICE DIDN'T LET HIM INTO THE CONFERENCE! they said we don't want you to prove al gore wrong. ok, maybe the the earth is one degree hotter than it was a thousand years ago. it doesn't mean that it is man made. pure propaganda.
I'm pretty sure that this is old, and that no one cares about this. Mainly because you can't sue someone for their beliefs. If someone is writing books on theories they could be right and they could be wrong. Thats why it's a theory! You can buy books and go to movies that tell fictional stories. Are you going to sue JK Rowling because she BS'ed you about Hogwarts? No one said that global warming is fact. It's just a theory.
Like I said I don't really care if Gore gets sue. I will say that I believe in climate change because there is a lot of evidence that shows it's happened through out Earths history. I was looking up stuff about it last night and I found a site that has some really interesting maps showing what the Earth probably looked like at various points in it's long history. It also has maps that describe what scientist think the Earth's climate was like during those periods. It's not a new site but it's really interesting and there is lots of stuff there.
