Well...there's no point of learning a lesson when the rest of your life is behind bars. Pointless, it defeats the purpose of jail if it's life imprisonment.

Well yes, a serial killer I believe deserves to die. But what if they didn't mean to do it. Do they still deserve to die?

ANYWAYS, I might as well reiterate my point. We cannot have a black and white rule that involves the death penalty, I can only approve of the death penalty if the judge is given most of the power in making the decision.
The sanctity of life, or the right to live, as stated in the Bible is only applicable to non-criminals...Xp
have some proof for that statement. as far as i know the right to live is valid for any human being, and since i do not remember that your humanmembership can be revoked, you always have i right to live
