Well, divorcing is enough...beating him = police.

Uh-huh...so now we're talking about divorce?

Somehow I want to get out all the horror stories I heard about couples in court out of my mind.

No penalty. If the person is innocent, they will be killed for no reason. Rather, criminals can be used for running human tests. Its far more useful :P

Should the government kill to teach everyone that killing is wrong?

The government doesn't kill to teach that killing is wrong Socialist. If they have, then I think looking back at history, we would all know their doing something impossible and have a laugh out of it. Though being the government, I'm not sure if they think it's impossible...

Rather it is a way of the government to say to the victims' families, that the government, the community takes their losses with utmost care, respect, concern and will dish out justice as soon as they can, if they can in given circumstances. It is in no way a method of teaching.

Like I said before.. No.

I think they should just get life sentence in jail.

Death is much kinder than life sentence. Anyway prison overcrowding is because of the people who are in for life. If you killed them the prisons would have much more room and it would be less expensive for the government which would save you on taxes. Life sentence does not discourage people from committing crimes because the jails are so soft it is better life in jail than being free for most people. If they are in jail for life they wont get out so even if they learned from from their mistakes they wont be able to do anything about it. If your parents were killed you would want the murderer to be killed, so you've got to see it from the victems point of view. Death is just the same as life just a shorter time in jail and less painfull if the people die of cancer of something, so its kinder to the people. Any way in the bible it says an "eye for an eye" so
if someone kills they should be killed. That means the excucutioner cannot be blamed because they are doing God's will. Also, if someone is crazy enough to kill someone they might be crazy enough to break out and kill even more people. If you say they need treatment thats what their getting, a lead implant. That would sort them out. Phew...I'm tired I'm going 4 a nap

Okay, once again. It is CHEAPER for the government to lock someone up for their life then execute them. You pay for all these trials, appeals, lawyers, doctors, and drugs that it's actually cheaper to feed them and make sure they live an clean life.

No its not. In the long run a bullt or a rope is much cheaper than feeding and clothing someone for life

A lethal injection costs well under a thousand dollars. It is the trial, the trial to determine the death penalty that costs more. So in the end, it's the fault with the judicial system, not the execution itself.

I think it should be legal in every state, It is were I live[Florida].I'm all for it because if they are kept alive they probably will try to escape because they have nothing to loose! If they did escape, they would get caught again and over and over again

Really? Are you serious?

It would cost the government about 700 dollars for a lethal injection. It would cost them like 10,000 dollars per person if they keep them in there forever.
