Before you comment, please, read everything, I'm sure that after you read, your life will be changed.

In the following sentences I will explain how stupid is to not believe in God, and I'm gonna use logical thinking and science.

Either "Everything came from nothing", like the "big bang" , witch is impossible, because nothing can only make nothing, or "Something always existed and made everything" like God.

God made this world, by this world I mean time, space and matter, so if God made this world, He lives outside of time, space and matter which means He's eternal, omnipresent and all-powerful.

For those of you who say that the big bang made the universe, I have this sentence: Nothing is the cause of it's own existence.
This doesn't apply to God, because if He doesn't lives in time, He didn't had a beginning, He always existed.
If the universe always was then, we could not reach this moment in time, if something is trapped in time, that means it had a beginning.

Every change that happens everywhere in the universe it's more closer to destruction.
Second law of thermodynamics:
The energy available after a chemical reaction is less than that at the beginning of a reaction; energy conversions are not 100% efficient.
The disorder in the universe always increases.
With each change in form, some energy is degraded to a less useful form and given off into the surroundings, usually as low-quality heat.
The Second Law of Thermodynamics is commonly known as the Law of Increased Entropy. While quantity remains the same, the quality of matter/energy deteriorates gradually over time. How so? Usable energy is inevitably used for productivity, growth and repair. In the process, usable energy is converted into unusable energy. Thus, usable energy is irretrievably lost in the form of unusable energy.

If God didn't made life, then how did non-life, became life?
As I said, nothing is the cause of it's own existence, life comes from life, your parents were alive when they made you.

Did you knew that a 2x2 inch capacity full with someone's DNA can sustain 6000000000 times more information then a 140 GB hard drive?
I guess you didn't knew, did evolution made your DNA?
God made your DNA, of course!

What about the monkeys?
If we evolved from them, why they stayed as they are? they took a long coffee break, I guess.

What about the fossils?
The scientists say that it takes millions and billions and zilions of years for living tissue to become a fossil, well here's 2 pictures with a cawboy's leg fossilized, enjoy

After all I have showed you, now I'm gonna say that you should accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, because He died for our sins and He didn't ask something from us, just to love our brothers and sisters and to believe in Him.
Anyone can ask for forgiveness as long as he or she is not dead, no matter what they did God can forgive them, if they repent from theirs sins and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
God is mercyful and just, His justice is not denyed by His mercy and this is the reason why God sent His Son Jesus to pay the price for us.

John 3:16
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life."

I don't believe in God because the whole Bible is full of contradictions, and if you say these contradictions are there because man didn't translate it right, then how can you take anything in the Bible seriously? Also, it's hard for me to believe that the Earth is roughly about 6,000 years old. It's way older than that. Another reason for my disbelief is that I don't believe a God should have morals like killing gays, owning slaves, beating our children and making women think they are under men.

the thing about homosexuals is that they are homosexual because of their genes and hormones which means they did not choose to be so or not,so doesn't god contradicts with himself by creating these peoples and on the other hand orders other people to kill them

I don't really think it has anything to do with their genes, I just think that if you truly love someone, whether their male or female, you should be able to be with them. You're not born homosexual or heterosexual. Why should Gays be persecuted whist Straights get to live happily with the partner. I just don't see the justice in discriminating against Gays.

There is no evidence whatsoever to support that bullshit theory.

Unfortunately, balerion is right in a way. There have been tests finding links between certain genes, but...
Correlation does not imply causation

The findings have been twisted by the media, and the gene was mislabeled "the gay gene".

I wouldn't call that being right seeing as that is evidences.

How is that evidence? Links between genes, what does that prove? What genes?

I think I'm misunderstanding something her.

The term Gay gene is a pretty poor way to put it really.

I wouldn't call it a gene specifically but rather the activation or deactivation of certain genes along with hormonal factors acting as a catalyst.

We have conducting studies on rats where we made homosexual rats by simply adding or depriving them of certain hormones while they are still physically developing.

there have been many case studies done n humans that suggest this may be the case with us as well.

Now as it was said "Correlation does not imply causation" true however this would be evidence suggesting a genetic connection.

I will try to see if I can find it but I remember another study done that tried to turn a heterosexual male homosexual just through external environmental factors and ultimately it failed.

Basicly its the gene that controls our chemical makeup and what we are attracted to. So there is something in the genes that makes some people like people of the same sex. I personally think that all it takes are the right triggers and look and appearance etc and ANYONE could find someone of the same sex attractive... all you need to do is find out their exact switch to make em attracted.

Do you have any links to this experiment. Why hasn't this been heavily publicized?

Why hasn't this been heavily publicized?

That's a pretty good question since it is a rather interesting experiment.

I would like to correct myself they scientist said he wouldn't refer to these rats as actually being gay but behaving as such.

I'm having trouble finding a link directly to the study but I did find these links talking about it. It seems the actual study is heavily buried under links to the 60 Minutes episode.

It was shown on 60 minutes once.
Effect of hormones on rat sexual orientation

Homosexuality: Nature or Nurture

"Another line of testing done to support the biological perspective are neuroendocrine studies. The neuroendocrine viewpoint's basic hypothesis is that sexual orientation is determined by the early levels (probably prenatal) of androgen on relevant neural structures. If highly exposed to these androgens, the fetus will become masculinized, or attracted to females. This research was conducted on rats at Stanford. The adult female rats that received male-typical levels of androgens sufficiently early in development exhibited male symptoms of attraction. The same was true in the reverse when applied to the male subjects. The female exposed to high levels of the hormone exhibited high levels of aggression and sexual drive toward other females, eventually trying to mount the other females in an act of reproduction. In the males, the subject who received deficient levels of androgen became submissive in matters of sexual drive and reproduction and were willing to receive the sexual act of the other male rat."

I would also like to note this from the article.

"D.F. Swaab conducted the next noteworthy experiment in 1990. This experiment became the first to document a physiological difference in the anatomical structure of a gay man's brain. Swaab found in his post-mortem examination of homosexual males' brains that a portion of the hypothalamus of the brain was structurally different than a heterosexual brain. The hypothalamus is the portion of the human brain directly related to sexual drive and function. In the homosexual brains examined, a small portion of the hypothalamus, termed the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN), was found to be twice the size of its heterosexual counterpart."

That experiment was very interesting. I've never really heard of such experiments taking place though, thanks for the links. I'm still curious to why so many people are uninformed about this. These kinda things would change the mindset of many people. It sure did for me.

I have one question though? What exactly are androgens, and how are they exposed to fetuses?

Guys, how did this conversation go from being about God to being about homosexual genetics?
