Grodtiz speed increase from 0.8 to 1. Grodtiz health increase from 340 to 425. *Deploy Grodtiz cost change from 5/16/0/0 to 5/13/3/0. Fascists time will stay the same. Black Queen speed decrease from 1.4 to 0.8. Fascists time will stay the same.
These ideas seem ok.
Deploy Saint cost increase from 0/0/0/50 to 0/0/0/65. Deploy Modified Sakata cost increase from 0/0/0/50 to 0/0/0/65. Launch Missile command will require an armory. Deploy Special Forces cost increase from 0/0/0/35 to 0/0/0/40.
These ideas seem extreme. The imbalances are not significant as those changes. This is what i think

These ideas i do not like. It handicaps monarchy a lot. Do not talk about your theoretical role of governments you personally made up. Monarchy plays like a rectory government. This slows down their reactions far too much.
As of now your mainly handicapping monarchy. Capitalism needs a few more handicaps and your knocking down communism by knocking down monarchy
why take away from the game to "balance" it to make the game bigger and better, we need to adddddd, been pitchin this for a while but i'll do it one last time

war(ish) games are often un-balanced, for story, difficulty, reality(war is not fair, love) etc etc.
Before i stop you on war games, games in general are based off of risk and reward. We have reached a point in the game where battles ends around 3 minutes with proper macro. Most noobs complain saying i want this match to last. Even if both players played perfectly the match wouldn't last. If we balance out this game there will always be those 6 turn around games every pro loves. Probably lasting about 10 minutes each.

I agree with all of these but the ones that deal with special forces and blackqueens. The special forces are not needed to be raised in price and have time and units taken away from them. The 2 meditecs, 2 snipers, and 4 S-Marines area a good combo. If you take away a meditec its not even worth having them in the special forces. 1 will not be able to heal everything fast enough amd everything will die to anything with splash damage that has enough health not to die from them. 2 meditecs are fine. I like the idea to bump up the cost of them cause in early game they are overpowered. If you bump the cost and take away a meditec then they will not be used as often and prides will be seen a lot more. The blackqueen speed can be reduced a bit but to reduce it all the way to 0.8 is rediculous. I would rather see 1.2, 1.1, or 1.0. Besides if you really bring it that low you have to remember the speed of antiair sakata. Its hard enough now to run away from an incoming sakata army but if you put in that 0.8 speed then theres no point in running it will die anyway.
Now heres some of my ideas:
Forge needs a bit of a boost if your going to increase all that stuff for Groditz.
Decrease build time for A-28 Gladiator. Fix icon for Gladiator so it says deploy A-28 Gladiator. Put anti missle armor on Sakata Spider. Increase cost of Sakata Spider to 32 energy. Slightly increase health regeneration of Sakata Spider. Slightly increase deploy time for Sakata Spider.
These are some of my ideas about forge so have a blast picking the ones you want to use (if any [I at least hope you pick the second one XD])
The game isnt even that imbalanced. It is much more balanced than yos believes it to be. Fascist is actually a very stronger government although yos downplays it. Many of the balances that yos is suggesting is disagreed upon by many people in the pro community. Monarchy does not need to be crippled that badly. Those balance changes are just too extreme. I personally believe that instead of trying to beat tdh using the tools provided and his own skillz, he is trying to change the game to balance in his favor. i dont believe that yos has enough experience playing against tdh's capi build. i highly doubt yos knows the builds that mba or pac use to counter, therefore i do not think he has enuff 1v1 experience on this level to be making such DRASTIC changes!
What's the most played as government? Monarchy Which builds are overpowered early game? Any build with monarchy (pretty much), early forge fascist builds, capitalist duel builds. Why is monarchy so overpowered? Because the units for it are cheap and effective early game. What are these changes going to make? These early overpowered builds less overpowered.

Is it the player or the unit that's making early game monarchy builds OP? Is it because it's FotM and nobody knows how to counter it effectively, or an effective counter hasn't been found, or because it just is OP? Though apparently they are very refined...

disagree.......bqs are way to strong.
glads also need a unique quality.. such as being totally resistant to missiles. this would make them anti bqs. a whole new level of micro will be needed, as will hovers. i think commies should ern 6 manpower a second rather than 5. and have a unit speed increase.

well i cant remeber if its every 5 or 4 second atm... i think its supposed to be 5 so my post is wrong to but i know only capitalists gain 5 of a resource every how many seconds.
