I heard they're drug laws are pretty up-top, too. Doesn't stop them from reeling everything into us. Also, Canada is strict on weaponry due to there diverse population and difference, but a drive to any territory and some cash will get you a gun.
As for Britain, I guess that was a bad example -- It makes sense that the diverse population is harder to control, even though I only see it as a Brown Vs. White thing there, what other minorities exist in Britain? (Just askin?)

Please refer to who "we" is -- If by "we" you mean the human race, then you seek to make the human race benevolent towards itself and stopping a possibly affluent activity for world peace. That can't happen. If by we you mean the USA, -- We could do that, but everyone would do it instead and get ahead of us. If by We you mean the West -- Then if we stop that we will feel insecure to our neighbors. If by We you mean whoever cares -- What good would that do?
If we outlawed guns, people would be pissed and guns would get here.
