To put my opinion on the matter in analogical terms, The universe is a giant 'clock' set into motion by the 'clockmaker' or God. God created the universe we see now with evolution and all other scientific theories that may 'conflict with the bible'. Life on Earth, complete luck. Life on other planets, probable. What made the big bang? God, what made God? Nothing, he always 'was'. The Big Bang is almost like a scientific 'god', not in the fact that they worship it but more along the way that its completely unexplainable. Is the evidence of the big bang not evidence enough that there is a god? Where did this super dense and volatile mass of particle come from? Whats the more logical answer rather then God himself?

I still wonder about it, it is said that he is a spirit, and that he never was reall created, he has allways just been there..... there is a lot of people who say that it was a great ball of gas or something in that matter. but I dont think anyone really knows the answer other than God himself.

Sorry, no can do ...I live in a world of facts, not fairytale ..if you remember my older posts, I too once believed as you, as I grew a little older I started asking too many questions to myself about God and the bible and my religion because their were too many contradictions in the bible and therefore my teachings ... yes, I started searching for the truth. Came to find out, now that I am an adult, that NO such answer exist ... why? Because it's all fallacy. In life, I do not devolve, I evolve. That is why I can't possibly understand blind belief.

No we haven't learned from it we are still doing this stuff. In some case not to the same extent but it's still there.and the last thing on that list is a modern example still going on in full swing today.

While ShylaGirl and myself clearly disagree I think we have managed to stay respectful of each other despite the argument.
