Right, as nobody is posting on 'Create A Class' and previous efforts have been way overpowered, here is my idea for a Cosmological build.
Cosmological Class
Use powerful ranged attacks or disappear into the shadows and crush enimies with long term debuffs with this class. You will have low health and no healing abilities, but speed boosts and blocks are their to help you out.
There are two main builds: Shadow, focusing on Speed and DoT, or (duh) Cosmic, which you can use to execute powerful combos. Good things about Shadow: high speed, lots of buffs to choose from. Good things about Cosmic: High damage, blocking attacks. Cons of Shadow: Mediocre health and almost no real ways of dispelling focus. Cons of Cosmic: Very low health, all defences start at 75, no stun moves. Sample Moves
Star Cutter Attack the enemy for 150% of your speed and regenerate 60 focus over 5 turns. CD:0 Costs nothing
Gravity Vortex
Diverts all direct damage to the target, while decreasing all damage done to them by 40%. Costs 50 focus. CD: 5
EM Bolt
Damages the target for 160/170/180/190/200/210/220% of your Instinct and drains 10/11/12/13/14/15/16/17/18 focus from the target. Costs 30/20 focus CD: 1
Shadow State
Increases your direct and periodic damage by 20/25% and your speed by 40% for four turns. CD: 6 Costs 35 focus

P.S Gravity Vortex lasts for 3 turns. It does not affect allie's targets but it does affect DoT. For example:
Partner X uses Infect on Enemy A Sonny uses Gravity Vortex on Enemy B Partner Y uses Leading Strike on Enemy A, but the damage is done to Enemy B. Enemy A uses Leading Strike on Sonny Enemy B uses Destroy on Sonny, and takes the damage for Infect.
Hijack the target's cells and deal damage equal to 100/120/140/160% of its own Vitality each turn for four turns. CD: 15 Costs 40 focus Equip once Nanosycthe
Attack the target for 280/290/300/320% of your Speed and cause it to deal 5% less and take 5% more damage for 4 turns. CD:2 Costs 40 focus Equip twice Gravity Pull
No attacks made by anyone in battle for three turns will miss. You cannot dodge. Costs 0 Focus CD: 10 Equip once
Nano Upgrade Upgrade your weapon for 9 turns, increasing your direct damage by 10/15/20/25%. CD: 30 Costs 10% of total life
Nano Boost Tier 10 Spell Boosts Speed by 100/200/300/400% for 2 turns. CD: 6 Costs Nothing Equip once
Nanoshock
Damages the foe for 200/225/250% of your Instinct and causes it to receive damage equal to 75% of its own Strength and Vitality. Costs 15 Focus CD: 2 Equip twice
Divine EnergyDeal 10/15/20/40/60/100/200% extra damage for 2 turns. Costs 2/3/4 buffs CD: 8 Equip once
Light Pillar/Light Tower/Angel Pillar Increase light piercing and light defence by 120/160/160/160/250% for 3 turns. Costs 0 Focus CD: 6 Equip once
Nanoforage Passive Combat Effect Gain 10//12/14/16 Focus a turn and regain 2/4/6/8% of your total health.
Armageddon Ends the world/universe, dealing 660/700% of your Instinct. Costs 99% of current health CD: 20/15 Equip Once
Soothe The target takes heals 200% better for two turns. CD: 9 Costs 40 focus Equip once
White Dwarf CD: 20 Costs 70/80/90/100/All focus Attack the enemy for 200% of your Light piercing and apply the 'White Dwarf' effect on the target, decreasing its Piercing, Strength, Instinct, Defences and Health by 10/20/30/40/50% but increases its speed by 20/16/12/8/10%. CD: 20 Costs 70/80/90/100/All focus
Moonlight Power Costs 100 focus, CD: 20, Equip once
Heal yourself for 200% of your instinct, and increase your speed by 150%, and heal yourself for 250% of your speed each turn for 5 turns. Cannot be removed by any enemy ability. Costs 100 focus, CD: 20, Equip once
Nano Regeneration Causes you to recover 100/250/500/1000 health a turn for 2 turns. Lowers your damage by 20%. CD: 19 Costs 60 Focus
Sanctified Armour Decreases all damage done to you by 25/30/35/40% over 2//3/4/5 turns CD: 20 Costs 5% of total life
Cosmic Renewal Heal yourself for 80%/100%/125%/150% of your speed every turn for 5 turns. Decreases damage output and damage received by 35% costs 25 focus CD: 12
Atomic Restructure Restores 100 focus over 5 turns and increases the focus limit by 10/15/20/25/33% for the duration of the battle. CD: 9 Costs 10% of total health and stuns you for one turn.
Pulse Beam Damages the target for 120/180/240/280% of your Instinct and lowers the target's Cosmic Defence by 5/10/15% for 5 turns. CD: 7 Costs 10 focus Can be equipped 8 times
