if you mean: would other religions allow muslims to convert into their religion, YES. of course with the exeption of jews (you can't really becom a jew, I know a jew whose wife is trying, but really jewdasim is not only a religion, but a people)

Of course Muslims can become other religions, as simply as any other coverts. Nothing is stopping them if they no longer believe, now is there?

You can become a Jew - you just go through the Brit Malah ceremony and a Bar mitzvah type ceremony if you're a dude and if you're a female then you either have a Bat chayelle, Bat mitzvah or a cleansing session in the Mikveh. Yes, Judaism takes a lot of getting used to and learning all the practices is something that usually happens from birth BUT I assure you you can become a Jew. Also, yes Muslims can - I'll give the example of the ex-muslim who now attends the church up the road from me.
