there are alot of atheists and Christians and threads about these so i thought why not create a muslin thread and another reason why i created this thread is because i was wondering if there were other muslims on ag.

A false since of security is not a positive thing, and I asked for a positive thing.

how do u know it is a false sense of security well woulnt it be nice to have something to hope fore i you were depressed to have something to look forward to even if its small

An imaginary friend who will take you to a paradise when you die should be something only children believe in. Imaginary friends provide all the things you suggested, yet if one of your loved ones was an adult who had an imaginary friend he/she spoke to every night you would try convincing him/her its not real, correct?

Hope is completely useless. If you want to get out of depression, see a shrink not a priest.

The Christian threads are lacking Christians at the moment, and the question applies to any theist that reads it.

Explain to me how a shrink could possibly work without at least using some premise of hope.

there isn't because we (AG) is pure occidental which means we are atheist or Christian. Not many immigrants >.< im just sayin...
