THINGS THAT NEED TO BE ADDED:

1. More Ranks because it's too easy to gain rank when u played 500 games. I think that 17 ranks is enough for now. Make it harder to get to the higher ranks because there are players who have played over 800 games.

2. More Servers because the 2 servers get full on weekends. Problem is you need to make a cool name for it.

3. A Top Player List because I want to know who is the leader. I have an idea of how it should work. Base it on a new game type that I will explain below in number 7 and 9.

4. A Friends List because it would improve the games rating I think. The way this function works is u can make a new code like "/add username", then a request is sent to the player only if he is on that server, and the same chat room, then the other player needs to accept the request, so that they can be on their friends list, which can be a tab on the chat room list, this chat room is only made to show you all of your friends but the names are going to be color-coded. For instance, the friends that are online, not playing, in blue, the friends that are offline in red, friends that are in a chat room in green, and friends that are in a game waiting to be started in pink.

5. Find A Way To Block The Cheat Engine because I hate playing a game and losing because my opponent was hacking. I know this is very hard to stop but it ruins the game, and then you start saying that the player you lost to is a hacker and the hacker stats saying "you blame all your loses because the other player hacked" than no one believes you, so then your reputation is ruined.

6. Get Some Administrators because they can kick hackers, spammers, gossipers, nuisances, and people who are saying nasty stuff, but they need proof the player who is being called a hacker is a hacker.

7. Making One Versus One A Game Type because I want to find more and more strategies. This game type is for one versus one games only, and in order for this to count u can only play against other players.

8. Make The Vets Hall For Players Who Are In The Top 75% because I don't want amateurs listening to the pros talking about strategies. I know this one sounds dumb, but, look at it this way, I spent allot of time making my strategy, and this amateurs over hears to pros talking a he is now the best rank 3, all because of two pros were talking. I think everyone needs to find a strategy on there own.

You are right i play Colony im rank 6 there are many hackers like 123 (very big hacker) and PWNDED (learned alot og hacks from 123) I played against them both 123 destroys tanks without anything without having an army. My user for Colony is Trablis

Well, here are some ideas i thought of.

1.) Temple of the Gods
Requirement: war sanctum.

Makes 3 different units:
Zeus
Poseidon
Hades

only 1 of each per player.
so one person could have all 3, but no more than 1. to prevent spamming of the "gods"

a.) Zeus.
- Most balanced of the 3 gods. takes the average time of the 3 to make. Has high life to be able to take a lot of damage. and his lightning bots do double damage to air units. He lightning bots are just a bit lower than the strength of the missile. Fire speed is about hover tank fire speed. VERY weak against the base's attack.
- uses, balanced fighter unit able to fight of many units. To good to be true, it is weak against the base and will go down quickly.

b.) poseidon
A strong leader. Has immensely strong power, yet low life. Attacks with "waves" that he conjured. Wipes out all infantry. does moderate damage to others. Cannot hit the air. His waves have long range to. Being able to hit the back row of the enemy medics will change some tactics with this unit on board. Power against bases is reduced.
- Great unit for earthquake, and great ground unit in general.

c.) Hades
- The "mad" god of the 3. When units get's near it, he automatically shoots fists as far as he can reach to kill it. has IMMENSE power. As a ruler of the dead, he will NOT move forward to attack the enemy base, but he can conjure marines and romans to march. Conjure speed is 1 unit per second. will automatically stay near hades when made.
- Great defensive unit, high life makes it hard to beat.

Now, these sound like great units, right? true. but there are major handicaps about them
1. movement speed. about the same as a regular tank
2. can NOT be healed by medics as their blood is different.
3. cost $250 / 250M / 250E / 100I
4. only one of each may be made per player.


okay:
2.) Defensive mechanisms
Allow 4 slots right in front of the base to allow buildings of base defenses. 2 per player of course. cause 8 would be hectic
Speaking of 8, it allows 8 different building possibilities to be made here.
1. basic turret, fires at both ground and air. good average damage. basic life. can be leveled up 2 more times to improve life and power.
2. Machine turret. fast hitting turret that does good damage to ground units. has good range and fast fire rate. low damage. and a high life. can be upgraded to improve power and life.
3. missile turret. weak version of the actual missile of course. hits air only. slow fire rate, high power splash damage. has again, high life.
4. electric field. Simply put, any unit near will suffer damage. low damage, and weak to tanks, queens, and doesn't reach the snipers. effective against scouts, and basic infantry. cheap and fast build, so easy to stop rushes. can be upgraded to improve range and power. max level will be able to do minor damage to regular snipers. life is fairly low. so more of a starter turret.
5. anti missile. the anti missile field has a life starting as 1/3 of max base hp. level 2 is 2/3 max base hp. and level 3 is = to max base hp. Takes damage from missiles to ANYTHING near the base, so effective to protect your infantry. missiles to extra damage to regular shields, and these go on "top" of the regular shields. so missiles will have to go trough these first.
6. shields. go underneath the any missile shield. These protect against anything. any kind of damage. level 1 has 1/2 max base hp, level 2 is = to base max hp, and level 3 is 1.5X base max hp. effects stack so it's possible to have 6X base max hp shield. As a regular shield is weak, it takes double damage from queens and missiles.
7. Zap cannon. is able to hit the enemy base, however. the farther it goes, the weaker it's damage. if the zap cannon hits the base, it does about 3/4 marine damage. while if it hits something right next to it, it will do 2x missile damage. has unreasonably high health, and power is fixed. level up increases health only.
8. repair shop. has high life and cannot be destroyed easily. Repairs 1 hp a second, 3 hp a second for level 2. and 5 hp a second for level 3

I really don't think creating a tier above what we have now is necessary or reasonable. The Sphynx, while technically sitting at Tier 2, has the strength of something greater than Tier 3. It's a Hover Tank that can shoot up. We really don't need anything above that.

Besids, the cost makes it unreasonable to use (the uber units, I mean). Plus, it overcentralizes War Sanctum more than it already is (You cannot tell me that going Cap-Forge is viable at all in comparison to Mon-Post).

The base defenses, however, are interesting. I'm surprised nothing of the sort has already been implemented, what with the popularity of such defenses in similar games. Having so many turrets would be very difficult to balance, though. i don't know if they are absolutely necessary, though. It wouldn't make sense to make a turret readily accessible to people who use Post builds as a reliable Anti-Air defense, for example.

...Although I really just want spectator mode.

it is not made from the war sanctum, just used to make a requirement for another building, the temple of the gods. thing is about them, they aren't really offensive units to attack the base, they are good defenses as their usuall attacks do minimal damage to bases.

also, about the defense slots, they are fast build, fast disband. and cheap compared to the ratio of their power and life compared to other units. so, at the start, one player might make an electric field to stop rushes, and soon disband that to make a average turret ( or specific ones for earthquake / dog fight) end game, i imagine (for games other than normal) 4 shields, and if normal, 3 shields, and 1 missile shield. the healing one is quite useful i say, i know some battles espicially if you survived a rush, you have low health to begin with. etc

btw, about your spectator mode idea, they should have an list of games to join, but next to it, put a list of games going on. it will list the players, and ranks etc. and there is a button to join battle, you can then watch what is going on etc. and you can see their chat all stuff. i want to say an option that spectators can talk, but certain people will spam etc.

The gods may not be made from the War Sanctum, but it gives another use for them, making them a bit "too" useful. It already gives access to the 2 most powerful units in the game; giving access to even more powerful units would be game-breaking, and nobody would ever do anything else. Also, even if they were mainly for defense, they'd be ridiculously powerful. It basically gives you unlimited turtling ability, and all you have to do is drag the game out to a point where you can purchase one.

As for spectator mode: Joining a match in-progess could be a hassle, and might actually cause lag. If it was possible, I'd love it, though. Chatting to the players themselves would have to be a permission granted by the host, of course.

Like you control 8 spaces total on boths sides

Guys, Krin can't make all the units you suggested. Firetail's units are more realistic, and most of them should be added. Turrets and White Kings should be added. Maybe Mortar Teams.

Why do you need turrets for Colony? This isn't Sea of Fire or Sea of Fire 2. The base is basically a turret. Why add more? Also, making god units will turn the game into an ultra unbalanced game.

i like the hidden points system...if u lose alot u wont go up as fast...if u win alot you'll rank up fast.

I agree with these ideas that were mentioned earlier:

- Observer slot(s)
- 1v1 mode

These ideas are realistic and improve the overall game

Also i disagree with some ideas mentioned earlier like:
- more ranks (If you're good, people will recognise anyway)
- limit the veterans hall (because it usually is empty)

Theres really no need for these ideas.


Also i would like to point out that the new limit for influence (200) is a big improvement which makes monarchy a lot better and thus more strategies will be forged.
Too bad for the influence glitch though!
