I am a serious and literal person, so I will answer your question with the assumption that you are are not trying to be funny. You just told the girl that you would have (raunchy) sex with her all night long. So... I hope you have learned something after these 2 experiences. I recommend not saying things to girls that you do not understand (why don't you do some Google searching prior) nor should you immediately take your brothers relationship advice as truth/sincere anymore. But in all honesty, I really recommend dating the class sl*t. Many people will look down on you, but if you tell them your in for the sex, they give this look like: you're disgusting, and yet... I'm jealous of you.
High School relationships almost never last your whole life and most likely you won't be going to college with them so just get out there and have so fun

But, if you seriously are interested in seeing if she likes you/wants to date you. You should suck up your pride and straight up ask her yourself (no texts/online messages...I mean face to face). This can be so nerve racking and worrisome for a lot of people, but it will get you the honest answer. You might not hear the answer you want...but hey, nothing ventured nothing gained. Good luck!
This is probably the best answer toh is question. o for the direct approach, Ask her something if she'd like to hang out or come over to your house for awhile. (Make sure that someone else is home I.E. mom or dad.) play bored games or video games with her. or go for a walk. after awhile she's bound to pick up on the fact that you like her and maybe she has the same feelings. if not, then atleast you have a good friend now.
thats how me and my Ex got together. we basicly hung out for a long time and she started holding my hand.. sooo.. I went to her parents, asked for permission to date her they agreed. (Her mom loves me btw.. she keeps trying to get us back together...) and thats how we started going out.
