I worded the second part up and messed up the ages. I meant to say I would understand if your 13 and the girl you liked was 11-16. I like girls older then me. For example some 17-18 year olds and I'm only 15.

You're just mad at her for leading you on. It'd piss me off too. But I don't see how going up to her and telling her that would solve anything. Sure, it might get you an apology, but if you really aren't mad at her for dating him, it shouldn't matter. I'm kinda confused about what you'd want out of this. Do you want her to date you, or just an apology, or what?
