Hmmm, my theory is that the SMart are getting smarter. They are going to colleges that are better, learning more, and becoming more advanced. And the ones who don't care to try are getting dumber because our public k-12 schooling is getting worse in my opinion.

The creators statement is false, IQ overall has been at a constant over every generation. It may appear true because we learn more advanced topics now, but IQ is not what you know it is your capacity for knowledge. Also Americas schools are not good, we are steadily falling down the list of test scores world wide.

That makes very little sense. Your IQ does not skyrocket like that. For example for every year your in school your IQ increases by a very small amount. Also the fact your 14 and in school I'm not surprised you knowledge is increasing drastically that called learning.
Nice darkroot, in my opinion while Americans have a high rate of comprehension the early effects of Television and peer propaganda quickly curbs it. We hear friends telling us how much fun they had while not at school and all of a sudden school is this boring dull place where fun is banned... Then there are those morons who have the ability but just don't give a flying fuck about school.
I'm Canadian and I think most Americans are really stupid some are smart but if you've ever watched "talking to Americans" some people think that Canada is landlocked.
