Is it just me or does it seem like there is less and less Mario around. Most of their new games involving Mario that they have come out with are not very exciting and the ones that are, nobody plays. They pretty much burnt out all Mario ideas so quickly that now the once famous video game ikon is fading... Let me know your opinions on this.
Nice bringing in an aritcle from two years ago, bring up proof from NOW. Mario is overdone. He WAS the best. Now his only customers are anyone he deals mushrooms to and little kids who buy his crappier and crappier games.
That is now. There will be a day very soon where Mario will be a remembered but dead legend. Any games involving him will be spin offs of the original idea for the game. Case and point: that review.

There will be a day when Master Cheif will die.
That was an example, chill. We both of no proof of us thinking that either character will die, and neither of us have an proof that the points are false. You cannot say that, because there is no proof. What you said is like me saying(again) Halo ODST is now. But one day very soon he will die.

Not necessarily very soon. Bungie is coming out with a Halo movie and another game. They may be milking the series as you say, but critics and gamers alike are finding the new sequels just as satisfying. It's not just the same game over and over again.
with Mario Galaxy 2 coming out and the mario and sonic at the winter games soon to arrive i dont think he has faded away any.
That may be true, but it's hard for nintendo to make good mario games with wii remotes. Most of the popular mario games require a nintendo gamecube controller or something similar.
