Is it just me or does it seem like there is less and less Mario around. Most of their new games involving Mario that they have come out with are not very exciting and the ones that are, nobody plays. They pretty much burnt out all Mario ideas so quickly that http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/d/d3/Symbol_mario.svg/50px-Symbol_mario.svg.pngnow the once famous video game ikon is fading... Let me know your opinions on this.

That may be true, but it's hard for nintendo to make good mario games with wii remotes. Most of the popular mario games require a nintendo gamecube controller or something similar.


GameCube controllers are compatible with Wii.

I thought super Mario Galaxy was quite good ^_^

And new Super Mario Bros. (release the winter) Has a nice wiimote control design.

What I think would be cool, is if they went back to the original Mario games but amped the graphics.... but I still think he is slowly fading
