This kind of speaks for itself, but i'll explain my point. During the past hundred years or so, teenagers are reaching physical maturity faster than they used to, this is due to the artificial hormones and supplements in foods and drinks. This is becoming a problem in the views of some because you have physically mature people with the maturity level of a 13-14 year old or less. This has led to issues such as teenage pregnancy. Should we as a society adapt to this new change in human development or should we take out those hormones which are now an intergeral part of our business, food industry and drink companies? This is a very diverse subject so bring in anything you think supports your view or whether or not you even believe this to be true.

Mental maturity is determined by your mental capacity, knowledge, and understanding

Just pointing out that it has nothing to do with Knowledge, the most immature and un-intelligent person in the world could hold an incredible amount of knowledge with the simple posession of a good memory. Good points on the rest of the post though.

Actually knowledge plays a part in your maturity. I never said it's all of it. I said it's a part of it. Which it is. Kindly quit trying to pick apart arguments when you don't know what you are talking about. You are rapidly approaching the line between plain ignorance and trolling. It's becoming quite bothersome.

If by mental maturity you mean intelligence then no, knowledge has null to do with it. If by mental maturity you see something other than intelligence than that is a whole other thing.

I feel you're getting tired of having to reply to my comments because im the only one opposing you on multiple threads. It's a challenge if you dont want to take it then too bad. I will continue posting as long as I have a thirst to argue every single point until we have debated enough to find to solution to the issue which the thread imposes. And if you feel that I am trolling, at least it's better than most people's two word responses.

Mental maturity is defined as your reasoning ability. And yes, knowledge plays a part in your ability to think critically, rationally, and apply reason.

I have no problem debating people who actually debate. You simply go about spouting personal opinion as fact and belittling and insulting anyone who presents evidence that disproves your opinion, or that firmly stands by an opinion that differs from your own. That's not debating.

Apart from the insulting, which comes from difference in opinon, I am very much debating serious issues with you, a man who is twice as old as I am. That's something ain't it?

Word

I'd say we also have to consider if emotional maturity fits inside mental maturity.

Actually it seems that your insults are borne of intolerance of different opinions more than anything. And they have no place in a civil debate. You have been repeatedly rude and disrespectful to many members of the community in completely unwarranted situations.

I am very much debating serious issues with you,

No, you are not debating. You are making ignorant comments on topics about which you have little or no knowledge, you make outrageous and unsubstantiated claims, you have changed your story several times, and you continuously maintain your position even when it has been proven demonstrably false.

I never have a solid position when debating, it is always based on what the others have to say. In some cases like the Ground Zero issue, I parted with your side after having heard your argument. That is what true debate was made for. Please understand what I am trying to tell you here, it's kind of important to be able to comprehend my posts.

Who are you to say what is debating and what is not? All you did on your posts was make immature comments about something I was trying to present to the community. In my way of debate my position depends on what the others have to say, that's how it always is one side always loses and consequently the other side HAS to join it otherwise it's just senseless to even start the argumentation.

Just quit while you are ahead. Please. Your posts make little sense and you obviously don't even fully understand most of the terms you use. Please just stop. The novelty has worn off and you have crossed the threshold into being thoroughly irritating, and I'm actually rather difficult to irritate.

"My friend" said he had his first pubes when he was 12. That's pretty young but there is no certain age for puberty since it depends on ones hormones.
