No fancy formatting or links here, plain and simple. What is it that you think that every flash game should have? It's clear to see the differences between a rushed, and poorly made flash game and a well thought out one. So let the developers know, what do you think a flash game should have?
-Good gameplay first and foremost, nothing can make up for bad gameplay
-Good music, you realize how boring it gets when a game has no music/bad music eventually, music might not be as noticeable as good gameplay, but good music will compliment the game subconciously
-Customizability of gameplay, whether that's in upgrades, buying items, using abilities, buying units, etc. I want to play the game the way I want, and then figure out good strategies by myself
-Good storyline, this is like the cherry on the top, not really neccesary, and it only works if the above 3 have been achieved. I don't give a crap about the storyline if the gameplay sucks. For example, Sinjid:SOTW's storyline consisted of a short clip and then a small paragraph of text describing the backstory. I liked it. Why? Because it had good gameplay, customizability, and good music. I don't think I actually looked at the storyline my first playthrough, not knowing what to expect from the game, but afterwards, I paid attention.
I want to play an original game like Fishy. I love those classics where you have to eat the smaller people and avoid the bigger people. But Fishy you only get one chance, if your eaten, bang your gone. I want a version with lives and checkpoints every few people you have eaten.
a great game should have : an excellent graphics (i dont like 3D in flash games) an good music (i dont like rock songs) an good gameplay an easy and comfortable controls an multiplayer section (so we can play with others)

I think that flash games should be easy to get into. They should focus on a few strong gameplay mechanics rather than give you a 40 page tutorial to learn the buttons. If Im playing a flash game its because I need to waste 30mins.
Games that do this well: Dolphin Olympics, Crush the castle 2
Games that fail: Animation vs Animator, Sonny 2 (I did like it but ended up spending more time than I should with it)
Also something what you can modify yourself (and I dont ment strategy, of course!). That why I like games where you can upgrade (like Baloon invasion, for example) or levelr creator (Cruch the Castle 2).
simple 1. good story line that keeps in interested 2. save cuz if the game is like 2 hours long, u aint gonan be able to do that in 1 sitting 3. a mute button or at least different back ground music 4. no high quality graphics. causes to much lag. medium is good enough for a flash game 5. a multi-player option obviously 5. controls that arent super complicated 6. re-playability thats is all i ask for
