In my opinion, while they're good for the economy providing millions of dollars in taxes, however according to most people they're bad for you health-wise. But, isn't everything bad for you in excess if you think about it eating fastfood isn't all that bad if you only eat it once in a while.
I just wanted to say, that fast doesn't have to mean that it is unhealthy. Sandwiches are also fast food but actually good and healthy. And so is doner kebab

Yep. That would rank among the small businesses that try to use local ingredients etc, and they have my respect. Subway however... do not. Their sandwiches smell just like a mcdonalds when I walk past. yuk!

Where do you get your kebab, cos the ones Iv seen are made from reconstituted meat, I would love to try a REAL donner kebab. Im in Edinburgh UK btw. I do love a good chicken kebab tho.
It depends what kind of fast food you mean. Subway can be healthy. McDonalds... not so much unless you want a salad. Not the most popular choice at a mcdonalds though lol.

I happen to be a vegetarian, so anything I eat it subway (in the sandwich dept of course) tends to be pretty healthy as long as you stay away from white bread (UGH!)

McDonald's salads contain in food for one forkful, they're like food at a really fancy restaurant incredibly small and not worth what you paid for them.
The companies that chop down the trees do replant trees. They just plant them so poorly that they have no way to survive. I should know, my dad was in the lumber business.

They also use low quality vegetables. Additionally, they really aren't that healthy unless you get them without chicken, bacon, cheese, or dressing. You are better off just going to a grocery store and buying a bag of mixed greens.
Do you realize that you can grow fresh vegetable in a window planter these are so much healthier than supermarket ones as they haven't had pesticides and such used on them.
