Ummm.... AG, why are trying to sell "Healthy cigarettes" and "electronic cigarettes" to 11-15 year old boys? It sorta bugs me, and I think its showing the wrong message.
Cenere is right. The ad's you see are mainly reflected on the browsing history of your computer. Aswell as the electronic cigarettes and healthy cigarettes are better for you so it actually is sending a good not bad message.
I have heard that ads reflect your browsing history > >...
That's the idea of the Google cookies on your PC: All the stuff you search on Google is stored in that cookie, and when you see Google Ads, they find the right stuff for you. Of course, they aren't very accurate...
I was laughing so hard when I saw the electronic smoking ad. You can charge your cigarettes!
i saw those in the shops, and I didn't find it funny.

I find this sort of thing still sort of strange, as it's still a cigarette. It isn't a real one, but it still encourages kids to smoke, which is, like, sort of against the law. Same reason you can't advertise alcohol on TV.
I have seen that ad once, and I thought it was funny. But I also delete my cookies every night before I turn off my computer since it makes it a little faster. And I have never searched anything about smoking or any of that stuff.
wait, so seeing smoking ads, an act which you have no control over, makes you more likely to see more smoking ads because it comes up in your history as relating to smoking? That makes about ZERO sense
