I really don't have too many problems with my school.
There is one thing I would like to change...
I think all of the desks should be fitted with a pillow top. That way, when I sleep through power points I won't get that weird handprint thing on my face.
Anyway, school is pretty easy here. Since I'm already used to a more brutal schedule, I find school very comfortable.

Don't put your face on the desk.
Anyway, education is important. The way they do it, well leaves something to be desired. Oh, and most importantly school is where you make friends. Yep.
Such a typical topic made by a typical kid being from a typical American school.
Grades are everything. They control your future. Therefore, grades are the future of your life. If you change them into good grades, you will most likely get a good life. If you get bad grades, you will probably get a bad life. It's as simple as that. The later your life goes on, the harder it is to change your grades. It's also much more expensive. So when you're in the early stages of institutional education, rapid changes are essential to be made by fellow grammar killers. Practice is needed to memorize facts, and practice must be done. There's why you need homework, for example. Teachers who are strict are better, basically because the discipline you to receive education.
Some of your subjects you might not even use. You never know, however, when you WILL use them. Take for an example.. My Spanish teacher was a tourist information guide. She had read French at youth and she didn't think she would use it. But, when she got the job a few French tourists came and asked for directions. Most of her French was lost, but she remembered a few words, and thus was able to help the tourists out. As you see, life comes with surprise. That's why you NEED to study. Study hard, and your prize will be a spectacular surprise. Study nothing, and your prize with be a disastrous surprise. So... DEAL WITH IT!
I don't. I put my hand on my desk and my face on my hand. Sometimes I substitute my jacket or binder for my hand. Either way, a pillow top desk would be preferable.

I used to put my hand on my forehead, hiding my eyes but making appear as i was looking at something on the desk, on the right hand i held a pencil as in taking notice of what the teacher was saying. Front desk, 3 years, never caught.
During longer powerpoints, the hand will impart an impression upon the face, due to prolonged contact. Hypothetically, a pillow top desk would prevent this from occuring because it would remove the need to use one's hand as a cushion.
That would never happen.
Probably not. But I can dream.
Though it would be a lot easier to dream with a pillow top desk.

Your desk must be pretty dirty. Anyway, I use my arm and put my forehead on it.

I don't think I know that my son's HS smells the worst. The odor from the gym carries all the way past the cafeteria. Maybe it was designed that way to keep parents away? Ha,ha,ha

Replace "arm" with "hand" and that is exactly what I am talking about. Also, what does this have to do with dirt? I simply want more comfortable sleeping arrangements in class.
back to the actual topic...
Isn't it better for you to get your education when it is free?
My thoughts exactly. That's why you should take take as many AP classes as you can in highschool. It is essentially a watered down college class, but for free.
