Oh lol. It isn't an actual hand print. When I sleep on my hand, the knuckle will sometimes make an indentation in my face. I don't really know how to describe it... Its like qwertyitis, but with your hand instead of a keyboard.

Apparently I am made of silly putty.
Don't user your hand. Use something at least smoother.
Other than neurosurgeon, you don't need a degree in any of those. They're just really helpful.
Unless you have a degree, it is likely you won't have the know how to get the job in the first place.
Look at Bill Gates.
Bill Gates is a genius. Your Average Joe wouldn't get filthy rich like Bill Gates did unless something miraculous happened.

This is completely incorrect, worldwide.
You cannot practice as a physician unless you hold a medical degree (M.D., MBBS etc.), PLUS a 4+ year training course at the relevant physician college.
Similarlly, to become a neurosurgeon, you need the M.D. plus the training course under the college of surgeons. Neurosurgery is a subspecialty, therefore you will need 7+ years of training after your basic medical degree.
You will not satisfy the basic requirements of the professional board of architecture unless you hold a B.Arch. Architecture is one of the most difficult courses available at university, said to be on par with that of medicine because you need to be familiar with aspects of design, engineering and law.
The same applies for engineering, for which you need a B.Eng.
Calling yourself any of the above having failed to meet the requirements is fraud.
On this note: things that don't require a degree but will still earn you loads of money as well as being useful to the community are the trades. That is: carpentry, plumbing, electrician etc. These guys will easily earn more than your average doctor, architect, engineer (but maybe not as much as a neurosurgeon haha). These require a diploma, obtained via an apprenticeship. You don't have to complete all of your schooling in order to do this, and so for these skilled jobs, school isn't as relevant.
