I agree. Never knew they could be renewed after 75 years. That's ridiculous!

Don't be so mean.. I listen to classical music. Oh, wait that doesn't matter. Anyway, you can't make assumptions that "classical" music is for your grandpa. That's why people in a hundred years will be thinking about our music.

The prevailing attitudes towards things has changed much fron your grandpa's time. My point is when we are in the future, they'll be different too. And possibly the music of today may be considered old. Though I am hoping that doesn't happen.

just i don't really like it.

I understand.

And all this problem is avoided by saying: "I did not do it. It was probably someone that hacked my PC".
Then the accusation attorney have to prove that you're lieing.
Wich is not possible. You did not find proof that my pc was hacked?
Then the hacker was too good for your expert. You found proof? I win.

Hackers leave traces of them being there. Proving you wrong.

No.
Proving me right if there are traces.
If there are none it simply implies that you couldn't find them.
It's my word against yours.

your argument of innocence would be null anyway, it's on your computer and you own the computer.

as long as you're not in possession of illegally taken thingies, you're ok.

You don't seem to understand.
If an hacker uses your PC as a proxy to download stuff, and the data is on your PC the accuse has to prove that you did it, and not an hacker.
Since it is accusation responsability to bring proof of something that cannot be proved.
Guilty or not, you will be winning for lack of evidence.

Er, they wouldn't simply let you off the hook if you claim an expert hacker broke into your computer and framed you. You would at least need evidence that you didn't download the files.

No, they would need it.
They are accusing me.

I just realized something.

How would they catch you if a hacker downloaded music files via a proxy and put them on your computer? How would companies know YOU are the one who downloaded them, when your browsing history doesn't point to that?
