Since I can not expell the thought from my mind, I said to myself: "Why not suggest it to Armor Games and see if they can use it?"
See, the thing is... I can not stop thinking about the fact that when a user that stays a member of Armor Games long enough and stays active, he/she will eventually reach the highest rank possible, being 'GOLD KING/GOLD QUEEN'.
And with that, no more ranks are available for them to set as a goal (for those who actually have that as a goal), so I thought of a few additional ranks for Armor Games to possibly implement and thus stretch the existing ranking system!
My suggestions (highlighted in bold) for a new ranking system based on medieval ranks would be:
Wood-Iron-Gold : Serf
Wood-Iron-Gold : Freeman
Wood-Iron-Gold : Yeoman
Wood-Iron-Gold : Page
Wood-Iron-Gold : Soldier
Wood-Iron-Gold : Squire
Wood-Iron-Gold : Knight
Wood-Iron-Gold : Baron / Baroness
Wood-Iron-Gold : Viscount / Viscountess
Wood-Iron-Gold : Earl / Countess
Wood-Iron-Gold : Lord / Lady
Wood-Iron-Gold : Count / Countess
Wood-Iron-Gold : Marquis / Marchioness
Wood-Iron-Gold : Duke / Duchess
Wood-Iron-Gold : Prince / Princess
Wood-Iron-Gold : King / Queen
Wood-Iron-Gold : Emperor / Empress
Note: I see the problem at hand with the double ranking name of 'countess' when Earl and Count are to be used together in this system.
This suggested ranking system would provide a lot more ranks for the Armor Games users to gain over time when they would (preferably) stay active members of this great community.
Of course, the appropriate shields would have to be made for those 'new' ranks and I will do some more research on that if it is a viable option for Armor Games to use!
I hope it provides some thought on the matter and I'm very curious to find out what everyone thinks of it! =D

I mean... at some point in time, everybody will reach the needed amount of points for 'Gold King' and then what? 0_o
Therefor I think it's a good thing to (maybe along with the new ArmorGames v3.0 coming) introduce a bigger ranking system for the AG users... this way people will always have a goal to work towards!
And for the people wanting to start about the possible spam coming with this:

So, there's no use to be afraid for this to happen if they should change the ranks! There... =P

I would hope so! If he weren't, that would mean the Ap amounts would be far too high.
I only have 300 AP or so.
I checked your account now and two weeks ago, and you haven't even gotten to 200.
More than one-third of all users have less than 1 AP. I'd say about 75% of all users never make it past 0 AP (ghosts) and 0.018% make it to the top 100.

Spammers will always spam... no matter what they introduce, implement or change on this website to prevent this from happening, they will!!
And that applies to almost every other form of communication.
I think that the people who write for the correct reasons(not to achieve higher ranks)will keep on writing even if they have the highest rank possible.
I don't write for rank, I did when I first joined for a few days, like 20 rates and comments, just rated and commented pointless things to get some AP and unlock pictures xD
But not now, I just rate and comment the games I actually play or have something to say about..
So I probably won't reach the highest rank for a while even if I tried xD
But maybe it's boring for the higher ranks so no harm in putting new ones just to give them an aim

No more ranks are needed unless more padding in the middleish area.
The ranks are a bit far off from each other, and it takes at least a month of decent posts to rise from one rank to the other. It took me several months of posting ONLY to rise from gold squire to wood knight, and that is very encouraging me to spam and rate random games.
Mr Days sounds very god. I like it. But i aslo like the ones they have on now. Im stuck to this one but the new idea is very good.

No matter what, this logic can never be countered. There is no solution using this logic. If you add more ranks, then it will still be possible to get the top rank and therefore more will have to be added.
Let's be realistic and look at the amount of people who actually are Gold King rank. Not very many. Until the majority of active members are close to Gold King, I see no reason to add more ranks.

Exactly. Out of nearly 550,000 registered users there are only 20 who have the Gold King rank.

As of only 2 months ago I was only a Gold Squire. I have risen to nearly Wood Duke in that time ONLY with Comments and Forum Posts with the exception of the new games released which I played, rated, and occasionally left comments on. If you are active in the forums, rate and comment games as you play them, and make friends with whom you talk to in the community you can actually rise in rankings very quickly. There is no need to spam to get a substantial amount of AP.

Well, most regulars/mods does not consider comments/talking a legit way of earning ap in most cases. It is too easy to gain ap by chatting up one's comments.

Yeah, just gonna lock this, people are fighting a muddy fight of no progress, and while the guys are working on the new version of AG the chance of any change in ranks is right about 0.
