Well i feel like such a spammer for this....but I just realized i'm not even the one who said Israel....I DID say Jerusalem in my original post on page 4. I'm such a idiot.
I don't really see the point of speculating on an imaginary situation which we pertinently will never come to happen. Technically, having a capital of the world would imply that the whole world is united under one dominion, or constitues one unique identifiable "country". This is not going to happen..
Maybe we should instead ask ourselves what is today the city that concentrates the most economical/political/decisional power in the world. I would say that today it's most probably New York...
I think that every person in the world should vote for the capital. The result would be interesting. I do like the idea of the moon though. No one owns the moon, so no countries could really get too mad.

He does have a point I mean Canada is awesome and they have no nuclear weapons because they want PEACE so don't you thnk if there was a capital of the world maybe a peaceful country. Also if there was a capital of the world a lot of countries would get mad because they would think that there country wasn't picked and there not good enough so people might start rebellions.
