Wrong. If you go around bashing in wild boars heads, then eating the flesh while still raw and pulsing with the fresh blood of the animal, then yes that is uncivilized.
Also, if you stand on a tall mountain with forty young innocent children in cages, and then start slaying them with a flint knife and letting their lifeblood be used as a sacrfice to an unholy and forgotten god, that is uncivilized. Now if you were in a mansion and had the kids and then started to mow them down with an uzi and then use the blood for your sacrifices, that is civilized. Why, because you used a gun and were in a mansion.
