I don't know if it's an injury or not, but a baseball hit my skull before. I was in pain for a while, had a giant bruise on my head and had to put ice on it all day.

Speaking of injuries, can the skull heal itself? I don't believe it has any sort of marrow. I've heard they use metal plates?

I don't believe the skull can heal itself, and if it can it must be much weaker, or else metal plates would not have to be placed inside the skull when this occurs.

They could've been some of your spam posts/spam comments/someone deleted your comments so you would drop down.

Only things that come to mind.

I worded that above post wrong, another reason why there should be an edit button.

It could've been some short posts that went through the spam filter, short comments that were deleted or someone deleted your comments off of their profile page so you would drop down a rank.
