This topic is based upon your personal opinion on whether abortion is wrong or right. I personally believe that it is wrong, and have many reasons for it. You may challenge me if you wish, but please make sense!
Since when did I say I was OK with killing small children? I pointed out that you'd been shown propaganda video's and that they generally portrayed extremely late-term abortions - even then the foetus isn't really self-aware as much as moving by instinct.
Yeesh, just disregard anything that Hiden says - it's quite easy. Until he presents appropriate, reliable and valid evidence then his opinion is just that - opinion.

It sort of depends. It is the person's fault for having unprotected sex in the first place, but **** happens, so how do you deal with it?
In Ontario, if you are less than 6 months into pregnancy, you are allowed to have an abortion. This is because until after 6 months of pregnancy, well, other issues come up. Either way, abortion is mainly used by those who do not want children, which is sort of "evil", or those who cannot afford to have children, like lower income families, or single parents.
If you can't afford the kid, chances are you won't be able to sustain it or sustain it well with a crappy job. The single parent could get any number of things such as extreme stress from overworking or if the child were to get foster parents, how happy do you think the kid'll be?[/quote]

Now to make this post "not-useless", let me just say that having less people on the planet means you take up less resources, more resources will renew themselves, and the world could potentially slow down it's rapid growth rate.
Human beings are still animals, and not everything that we do could be considered right. Many nice people die early, and many knobs live for a while.

You're selfish, cruel, and irresponsible because you want to force women who don't want children to carry their baby to term. Why irresponsible? I'll answer with a proposition: You go and take care of all the poor and/or starving and/or orphan children everywhere on the world, because they could have great potential if only they are supported; and after all they're already living, sentient beings who deserve to live a life without misery. Who knows, maybe one of them will become a great scientist and invent plenty of useful stuff?? Then, when you're done with this, we may talk about non-abortion again. Deal?

While an embryo does begin developing a nervous system, at this time it is not self aware. As far as we are concerned in this debate, it's nothing more than a mass of cells, with a POSSIBILITY to develop into human life.
