Yes, FETUSES have BODY PARTS(like all, well everything thats not an inanimate object) and THEY do REMOVE them AFTER the FETUS is REMOVED from THE womb.

So sure technicly a Baby fits that but a parasite is nowhere near as smart as a baby is or can be.

Together they are on there way to become a human not seperately.
