This topic is based upon your personal opinion on whether abortion is wrong or right. I personally believe that it is wrong, and have many reasons for it. You may challenge me if you wish, but please make sense!

The already overcrowded adoption centers? Great idea! I think they will have a great life with parents who don't want them, no money, and eating that delicious stale bread and water!

Whats so wrong with adoption centers? I know people who grew up in adoption centers ,before being adopted, and they are no better or worse then children raised with their parents.

But not extremely over crowded ones, which would happen if all aborted fetus were sent there...

They wouldn't all be sent there though.

If you don't want the kid .... Just put them up for adoption.

This only covers just being unwanted and unable to be cared for. What of those who would suffer through life due to severe mental or physical problems?
Also bringing in so many unwanted children would also put even more of a strain on our population then we are already facing.
And don't get me wrong.

if you think it's not wrong, then I say thank you for having a heart.

So it's heartless to allow someone to have a choice between having a child or not?

As pointed out what's being eliminated is the potential.

Back Flip shouldn't resurrect this dedthred. also there is no need to continue further on a matter that has been dissected in every way for 62 pages.

Agreed! Ergo we must ban the consumption of animals and animal by-products, the use of pesticides, bug sprays, insecticides, and anything toxic to life. No more herbicides, no eating fruits or vegetables, no antibiotics or antiviral treatments.

Seriously, every day you kill living things. We all do, in fact most animals kill other living things. The bias that human life is somehow sacred or more important is asinine. We are nothing more that slightly more evolved animals. Seriously, come up with a legitimate debate that hasn't already been discussed to the point of the proverbial beating of a dead horse. If you can't come up with one then just don't bother posting.

Meh, I give everyone the opportunity to display their abilities, or lack thereof, before I simply quit talking to them. That and I'm really bored, can't sleep, and have been watching TV shows on my computer all night so I felt compelled to reply and point out the fallacies in his comment.

I'm sure it is all animals. Pretty sure.

Actually there are many herbivores which never actually kill the plants which they eat from, they just graze on leaves and berries without actually damaging the overall organism. Likewise we have insects which do not kill either but instead live on plant secretions and such, as well as some omnivorous species who are solely scavengers and thus do not kill for sustenance even though they may eat meat.

If we are going to get all technical about it, the cells that are in the barriers and other food that the herbivore eats are "living cells", and "cells" full under the category of general "things". So do bacteria, which of course you can (and do) kill millions by accident just by moving your finger.

As you would have seen from my previous posts there 314, I was referring to animals, that is, members of kingdom animalia, and I was specifically excluding single celled organisms. While you are quite correct in what you were saying, you were taking my argument out of context and attributing positions to it which I expressly avoided.
