He is simply an extremist christian trying to scare away extremist Muslims through hate. He's an intolerant jack-wagon for doing it, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he is an idiot. If he was an idiot, he'd be doing something like egging the Muslim people on, saying something along the lines of: "C'MON. LEMME AT YA, LEMME AT YA.".
These are all acceptable spellings. Quran, Kuran, Koran, Qurâan, Coran or al-Qurâan
This whole thing seems more and more like one religion against another with the countries caught in the middle. That might not be accurate but it often comes off that way.
