mod of forums is a hard job and they dont pay you. You have to delete all the spam help people make usefull topics and so many things is so hard people do not complain or what and why their want to be mods?
Well, people love power. People want power. The moderator position is seen as an attainable position of power. With it one has the power to moderate forums. It is believed that as a moderator people will respect or even love you.
In reality being a moderator is hard work. I wouldn't want to be one, now at least. I'm sure most of us would enjoy being respected, but the work is definitely a burden.

people want power at any cost because that they are payed mmorpg xD But so many of the people who wants to be mod sure not all are loved some admins and mods are so nice and they are loved
Well, let me reply first by clarifying that people aren't mods because they want to. They are selected by the administration and asked "yes, or no?" This is where they make finally make their decision. Honestly, some of the replies here implied "Hey! I wanna be a mod" and "Okay, you can be one if you want!"
Next, let me answer the why by explaining it in a different point of view. Why does any current mod continue to be a mod? Do they feel they can make a difference in the AG world? Are they mods for the experience of being one?
I'm sure this could thoroughly be answered by saying "with the power to delete spam comes the responsibility of deleting spam". This means, yes, you can delete spam. But you have to. Any man ignorant to what a mod does and what a mod is can look at the piece of paper declaring what the mods can do and what the mods have to do and say "man, that job must be rough! I don't envy them a bit!"
So. Why are mods mods? Because they were suggested and asked to be and they replied yes.

I think many users want to become moderators because of all the 'hype' built up around it. Once they become more active and regular users they will probably realize that it is mostly a thankless position.
Did I say I wanted to be one? Also you haven't been here that long,not even a merit which all mods I think but one have? I could make a list of what you would need.
