Assuming "them" are the illegal Americans, you are saying it is right for Mexicans to illegally cross the border, but it is wrong if Americans were to cross the border into Mexico if they were wealthier than America?
i wouldn't feel any different if the sides switched so don't try that it's the same i would feel sorry for them that they can't cross the border and let them stay
And another thing. If you want to argue effectively, use proper citations...Come on guys, I know for a fact you googled it out your butts and pretended to read it. For example: Joe96 wrote: Here's a link.
Okay, okay I didn't read the page the whole way through, but what I was getting at when someone said something along the lines of Americans don't suffer or are all rich or something, That people in the appalachian Mts. live in extreme poverty and some parents even give their babies Mountain Dew!!! That's crazy, especially before they go to bed. There are also low literacy rates in the mountains (kind of goes along with the poverty)
I think we were reading different charts, because if 79% of Americans didn't pay taxes, no one would have a home. I'm assuming the 79% is late for paying taxes.

Proof? I have some, against you. Many of Utah's major towns(in fact, nearly all of them) are based along the Wasatch Mountains. And yet, Utah has the highest literary rate in the entire United States. And no, we know that Americans are poor as well; what we're saying is, Mexicans are poor and therefore can't afford the fees to become legal immigrants.
Where the hell are you getting these numbers from, Joe? It ain't from that link that is not up-to-date. If you're going to properly argue on this thread, then present REAL information and stop being opinionated.
I haven't seen you post any links. You've just spewed out opinions about other people, not the thread of illegal immigration.

What the mother-... I don't want to be banned, so I'll put it simply. YOU DID NOT READ THE LINK. And I know this for a fact. Because it never said 79% of Americans didn't pay taxes; it said 79% of Americans who didn't pay taxes were white. Gawd.
did you check the data sources link on the web page?
how do you thnk it knows every single illegal immigrant who crosses the border every dollar lost due to not paying taxes MAGIC? for god sakes dude your just pulling crap outa your ass you don't know anything!

No, I said Appalachian Mountains.

I agreed the price of becoming legal was outrageous, but still though, it doesn't give people the right to come over here and use all of our benefits. Is it fair? No, but if I could change the prices, I would so people would just become legal citizens.
