I stole a bite size rice krispies treat from the lunch line and i put it back and they saw me put it back they gave me a suspension for that. The treat was never concealed and I never brought It out of the lunch line. I was also pulled off the football team. Was this an okay suspension? To harsh? More punishment? Only a little less punishment? I just want this cleared up. Opinion are nice to hear.

I have never been suspended.

Anyway, you are an idiot for stealing a mere snack food and your school is ridiculous for inflicting such a strict penalty..

Really, all because of this?

AHHHH But he didn't take it away COMPLETELY! He was still AT the snack bar at the time of the theivery, but he didn't take it FROM the actual first area of the crime. SO. THERE.

Why would you even do that in the first place, ESPECIALLY when you had the intention of putting it back anyways, and you could've been caught with it before putting it back.

MAYBE. He was going to take one, and pay for it at the front line where you pay for everything and stuff, but then he put it back, possibly realizing he didn't have the proper amount of Mulah ($) to pay for the extra snack.
So shusies Mr. Hotdog.

Oh god, that school is ridiculous. Getting suspended and pulled off a football team for just a bite sized treat. If they pull that stunt again, I would probably sue that damn school.

A huge punishment for such a small misdeed. I have never such a school with administration like that. Ever. They were probably weren't meeting their quota and had to do last minute suspensions. I wouldn't even be surprised if someone got expelled for a minor mistake in that school.

Shushies? ...

If you know your school's administration is quite strict, why would you even do this to begin with? It's just stupidity, in my opinion.

No matter how the school reacted, it was his reaction to do this.

And I'm sure there's more than one side to this story than the student's...

Yes shusies. And you didn't shush. ~shun~

Nater might of not know that the school policy was THAT strict! Who is really going to think they will get SUSPENDED for taking a snack and putting it back?! Yes there are strict policies, but they shouldn't suspend you nless it is in your student handbook if you get one, then you can PROVE THEM BIATCHES WRONG!
It really helps to read that, and KNOW what you CAN and CAN'T get suspended for. Thats why I read mine everytime I get in trouble, to see if I can legitly get in trouble and have it on my PR. (permanent record) Because I have proven the school system wrong TWICE and they had to take of a suspension and a retract from my record. SO HAH YOU PUBLICH SCHOOL SYSTEM.

...Seriously, you didn't leave the lunch line, technically your defense could've been "I decided I didn't want it."

Unless you admitted that you stole it, then you deserved whatever you got.

dude, even if you stole it, its a rice crispy, theyy seem to take it just a little bit too far in suspending you for that, and you got kicked off the footy team, **** man your school sucks...ide suggest changing

I agree that the suspension was quite overplayed. However, you did admit just now that you STOLE the item, then returned it. It makes me wonder how any school would pick someone in line whos holding an item and through telepathy or osmosis somehow pinpoint you as a thief. You must have acted...well..thievy? Put it in your pocket, glanced around guiltily, that sort of thing. I would probably have sent you home with a note, for your parents to sign or something for stealing.

Two conclusions:
-dont steal, because youre horrible at it
-find a school without telepathic teachers and midevil policies

Well, if I was watching you, I'd problely think you changed your mind about getting a Rice Krispie treat, I mean you didn't take a bite out of it or anything, right?

The worst that would happen to me at my school is maybe getting lecture about how it's wrong to steal, and maybe a Lunch Detention at worst.

Nater should of used that to his defense. Did he, I guess not?

I would. Hmmm.. Maybe they're targeting him.
