I stole a bite size rice krispies treat from the lunch line and i put it back and they saw me put it back they gave me a suspension for that. The treat was never concealed and I never brought It out of the lunch line. I was also pulled off the football team. Was this an okay suspension? To harsh? More punishment? Only a little less punishment? I just want this cleared up. Opinion are nice to hear.
That's too harsh, especially since you did not steal. If you had stolen, then it would be fair, but otherwise no.
so if he had stolen the rice crispie u think it would be fair to suspend him. thats still way too extreme. maybe they could just give him a warning and make him pay for it. that would be fair.
If you picked it up and then put it down right after, it's like you rearranged 1 single item on the lunch line that would have taken a worker there maybe 5 seconds to put back. So you got suspended for rearranging an item on a rack, and then pulled from the football team, which costs more than a dollar to join anyways. That school is preposterously psychotic. In kindergarten, I was tackled to the ground and choked because I wouldn't let a kid play with my dirtbike toy. Nothing happened to him.
Let me get this straight... you were suspended and pulled off of the football team for taking something, then putting it back? That is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to strict. You should seriously switch schools.
I'm pretty sure they're not allowed to suspend people for picking something up and putting it back down... what country do you live in? I have the strange urge to check if they're allowed.
Its not so much the action, in as much less the intention. Yes, you put it back, but it still could be stealing. Comparable to me telling a store clerk that I was just rearranging the fine handguns, even though I'm a minor and don't even work there. Quite frankly, you shouldn't have even taken the treat in the first place (even though you put it back), so why are you so upset in the first place?
Why is he upset, MAverick4? He was kick out of a football team for taking a stupid rice crispy treat that is bitesize and most of all, he put it back and took responsibility for it. This is way to strict.
