It's good, but I'd just like to add that there's no overall better gun, both are useful in their respective scenarios.

The AK is better in the sense that it fires a larger bullet.
The M16/M4 is better in the sense that it's more accurate.

Did you know, that Ak-47 outdated so extremely, that there is AK-107 and AK-108 already?

In Uncharted, my two favorite guns were the Pistol and the grand AK-47. The Pistol I used for headshots(one kill shots) and the AK-47 I used for running across an open area. I would kill like 5 people in the game. In real life, odviously, it would look a lot cooler than in a videogame.

ak47=a cheap but powerful 2 different ways to shoot if im right.Semi auto and automatic fire.the ak47 cannot have a silencer built on it until a certain company sells and you cannot take it off it also has a slow rate of fire.
The M16 is mainly known for its burst fire but it can also shoot at automatic and is very customizable and very durable.

But the ak has more info more durability and power overall the AK-47 is a valubale gun and is better than the M16

Ak, because the M16 has been changed all the time. The AK was made just the way it is now. A better history, I think, proves this to be better

just because the M16 has been changed, that means its better. the AK-47 has been changed too actually. in 1974 the AK-74 came out. it is just as good as the 47 but has a lower caliber. which doesnt really matter much. but it put the 47 out of commision and now it is what the russian army uses

AK47/AKM- Large .30 caliber round, high penetration and more power effective range 300m. The AK has a lot of clearance between the moving parts allowing for foreign debris to enter the rifle and not hinder functionality. Despite what some people say the recoil is not bad when you have a slant compensator in place.

M16- Smaller round, same diameter as a .22, low penetration and less power, higher effective range up to 800m but a tumbling effect will occur upon entry to the body. The M16 does not have the same clearance the AK has, and also lacks a manual cycling system. Recoil is designed to transfer directly to the butt stock of the weapon, making it easier to control.

Each gun is good in different situations, and mostly success in a battle situation depends mainly on the shooter's ability, not the gun's. But if you ask me the AK is better in a combat situation, if I go to war, I don't take an assault rifle for sniping.

M16:burst fire, larger clip, looks cooler, but bulky.
AK-47:semi-automatic fire, smaller clip, looks bad, but slim.
It's equal. For now.

I would prefer the M16, but I think the AK-47 is better: It's cheaper, more robust and penetrates more than the M16.
