that will piss them off and might even cause an increase in bombings, were already in a precarious position so why make them madder?
Wait, so people keeping an extra eye on them will make them turn into bombers? That is horrible logic. "They think we are bombers, so let us go and prove them right!". A more logical response would be to not bomb, proving to the rest of the world that not all of them are bombers.

no, but going around saying "you might be a bomber you have to go through extra searches" and pulling them out will

I never said extra searches, all I said is that an extra eye should be kept on them. As in the security should watch them a little more closely.
And even if that was the case, how would that turn them into bombers? That would still be "They think we are bombers, lets go prove the racial stereotype correct!"
And I forgot to mention Masques. Christians bomb those to.

well they'd think americans are unfairly stereotyping them bombing might not be in the range but it will increase tensions

The thing here is that it is not an "unfair" stereotype. A good majority of terrorist attacks have been done by Islamic terrorist, a few by Christian terrorist, and a few other. Looking threw the years 2010 and 2009 here, there was 3 Islamic terrorist and one Christian terrorist. I will go back further, keeping up the tally, if you wish.

it's unfair to the people who are islamic but don't go around blowing up planes
I'm officially done with this argument. There is no point talking to a person who just blurts out racist and bigot and expects it to work. So, bye bye.
i said it once, your just being a dickhead, it's why i'm ignoring you
it's unfair to the people who are islamic but don't go around blowing up planes
No its not. I am sure they don't want to get blown up either, or the stereotype of Islamic bombers spreading. There is a higher chance of them committing the crime, so a slightly closer eye is kept on them.
Just in the last two years, according to the little research I did in the last post, 3/4, or 75%, of the terrorist attacks in the U.S were done by Islamic terrorists. That is a significant amount, by any means.

Ok, some days ago I saw something about a police force looking for drug dealers (in Germany). They only inspected youths. Is that unfair?
Who will rather be controlled if he takes a weapons or pyrotechnics to a soccer match (in Europe). Somebody who looks like a hooligan or an old woman? Is that unfair?
I hope you get my point. Like 314d1 said:
