I suppose. 19th century offensive tactics with 20th century defensive tactics. It took the British until 1917 to finally employ tanks regularly AND use them effectively.

eh the British weren't the worst, Russians wouldn't stop being incompetent, but this is really off topic

by blood he was if his family had a history of being jewish then he was, also he believed in blond hair blue eyes yet not even he was

No he was not. His bloodline has nothing to do with it. My great grandfather was an atheist but he carried on the Jewish traditions to my grandfather. I am actually descended from many people who did not consider themselves Jewish, even though they were descended from the Kohens.

I am not Jewish. My ancestors are. Hitler is not Jewish. His ancestors are. Case closed.

Wiki:

It has been alleged that Hitler had monorchism, the medical condition of having only one testicle. Hitler's personal doctor, Johan Jambor, supposedly described the dictator's condition to a priest who later wrote down what he had been told in a document which was uncovered in 2008, 23 years after the doctor's death.[356]

Soviet doctor Lev Bezymensky, allegedly involved in the Soviet autopsy, stated in a 1967 book that Hitler's left testicle was missing. Bezymensky later admitted that the claim was falsified.[357] Hitler was routinely examined by many doctors throughout his childhood, military service and later political career, and no clinical mention of any such condition has ever been discovered. Records do show he was wounded in 1916 during the Battle of the Somme, and some sources do describe his injury as a wound to the groin.

I'm pretty sure he had both his testicles. Also, how does an angry little man who seems to have so much testosterone have only one testicle. Common sense.

What do you mean? Also, during the latter part of WWI, the Soviet Union was going through the Bolshevik Revolution.

Interesting facts about WWII eh? Well, here is one I know.
-It is thought that Hitler may have had syphilis. It is also thought that if he did, he may have got it from a jewish prostitute.

I may search for more later.

Hmm...

-Adolf Hitler was hit by mustard gas in WW1, which was why he didn't let the Germans deploy it on the battlefield. Link.
-Ian Fleming, creator of James Bond, and Christopher Lee, who played Count Dooku and Saruman, were both members of Special Operations Executive, which was a sort of black ops military unit tasked by Churchill to "set Europe ablaze". Link. Link
-The United States originally wanted to bomb Kyoto and Hiroshima, but then-Secretary of State Henry Stimson had gone to Kyoto several times, including his honeymoon, and convinced everyone not to bomb Kyoto. g=PA317&lpg=PA317&dq=stimson+honeymoon+kyoto&source=bl&ots=uLqs55WeqO&sig=3ZMGuFMw-XgWrfjuLuqb6c3Tj1Y&hl=en&ei=7QgsTI7GDsyMuAfJnLCxCQ&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=10&ved=0CEEQ6AEwCQ#v=onepage&q=stimson%20honeymoon%20kyoto&f=false">Link.
I have nothing more to offer.

Yeah. I said the latter part they had the Bolshevik Revolution.

Also, the Soviets didn't like the Czar rule at all. Actually, nobody supported the entry into WWI.

but they still had to fight under the incompetence of the old officers

i'm pretty sure the basic training 101 for the army was: If it moves...charge!

The Soviet Union had been weak due to Stalin's Great Purge. The Soviets also had a ginormous army. Besides, the Finnish had guerrilla war tactics. Plus the were easy to spot in grey uniforms amongst all the snow.

Stalin was an idiot. His government had set up propaganda of how the Finns would torture the Soviets to the death if they surrendered. That brought fear into the Soviet soldiers more than courage.

The Finns were better than the Soviets, even if they had a smaller army. The Finns were organized, disciplined, stubborn, and generally smarter than the Soviets. Most Soviets had received very little education compared to what the Finns had.

Not to mention the officers remaining from the purge were completely incompetent and i'm pretty sure even after WWI they still didn't code their transmissions
