So, does the OA Ninja have a full BAB?
OA doesn't have ninja, they have a Ninja Spy prestige but no Ninja.
That's strange, there's a ninja class in Rokugan, and it has full BAB...
but there is none in OA, so what I miss.
Then I assume Noobs is using the Hokugan Ninja.
