i just dont get it, why do i have so much lag? i have a net ping of 300

It's dependent on your computer and Internet connection. Also, if you're the host of the room you'll probably have more lag.

I have no clue what to think right now about Exit Path 2 except it is a complete failure.

I have 2 computers and 2 laptops at my house. None of them can seem to run EP2 smoothly even after I lowered the quality and turned sound off in the uniplayer.

My parents computer and there laptop are 3.5 years old, so I didn't think they could play EP 2. My computer is an industrial computer I got in Jan. The other laptop is my bother-in-laws which has an i3 processor.

I thought the laptop would have been able to run the game because it was bought 3 weeks ago.

I am not complaining about having bad computers, but I am complaining about John not thinking about the people with his type of machine.

I really hope John finds a way to fix these issues.

I personally like number 1 better then 2

I'm going to use CCleaner, and disable Javascript. I'll report back with how much lag there is after that.

Theres alot of buts, like random dieing for no reason, theres so much lag, the timer reaeates itself, the beta testers should have payed more atention.

I think the beta testing did more bad than good. The first release (alpha) was unplayable on the 3 machines I had. The second release (beta) showed so much improvement. My normal computer played it with some lag spikes on medium quality. I didn't see many bugs. Now that the game is out, I have yet to play the multiplayer because I know it would be a frustrating experience.

My computer has barely any and all I have is chrome and windows 7 and it works just fine.Also no game has ever lived up to the first. John still has worked long and hard on it so just appreciate what he gave yes it has a couple of bugs but those can be fixed over time. You guys/girls just wanted it to be perfect as soon as it came out. Change is also a reason you people don't like it. It has changed alot and you need to get used to that as well. John did a great job on it so you can either dis him about stupid little things or you can be like me and appreciate John for all his hard work.

myTrippy, I would love to know about the specs. of your hardware. I have Chrome and Windows 7 as well, but I can barely get my player to obey.

There is no doubt in my mind John worked hard on this game, but I wish more testing was done before he released the game. I also know he is worker harder on the game now that it is out due to the patch.

You say people hate it because of change, but this is not my problem. That is if you consider some-lag to uncontrollable not change. I actaully like the new graphics and mechanics.

Another thing, most of the comments in the forums talk about the amount of lag. I guess you based your post from the actaully game comments, which is mistake on your part. Most of the people that comments make short replies.

I think this game has way to many bugs for its time, in my opinion the game was rushed out due to demand and now he is paying for it in rants, and while they can be fixed it was just a bad release

If you don't know what computer specs. are then you don't know the real reason you don't lag. The OS and browser a person uses a one of many factors that determine the smoothness of a program.

I honestly think that adding quality controls didn't help much, unless they turned objects on screen become basic figures, but that would turn away many people.

I just thought of something, in EP2 there are lots of effects (glowing objects, particles, etc.). What if there was an option to turn those special effects off in addition to changing the quality.

About the lag, I use CCleaner every time I sit down after being away for an hour. Disabling java would prevent ads, I think, which is kinda like using an adblock.
