The purpose of this thread is to share music that caught your attention lately (like this morning), doesnt matter the style or whatever other reason (just you like it) If you have a link to add, would be better ;D

In order to keep it clean and nice try to follow these rules:

- 1 or 2 songs (this about sharing everyday music not lists)
- Avoid albums, bands, genres or "best of" discussions.
- Comment why this song is special in that moment.
- Bring some information to show us what is this about.

If you dont wanna talk its fine, but the first ones are kinda necessary.

Whenever somebody mention a well known band or song is missing like 90% of other good tunes. So help us to spread the music, cause we all love it and is everywhere.

*********************************

For example:

Shonen Knife - top of the world

If I Were A Carpenter; alternative rock tribute album to The Carpenters released in 1994. Shonen Knife is a pop punk japanese band playing since 1982 with kinda original lyrics XD and influenced by bands like The Ramones or The Beatles i guess .

This is a happy song and i cant help smiling since yesterday whenever i watch the video lol, the drummer is cute the bassist so energetic and the singer loves Ramones nuff said.

Rammstein - keine lust

Reise, Reise is the industrial metal band Rammstein's fourth studio album released in 2004. "Keine Lust" (No Desire) is about not want to do anything anymore! Nothing! cause of excess.

The song and video are awesome, weird coincidence, i love the slow beginning turning into a cool rythm and the way they act.

*********************************

Thanks and cya around...

Craig Mack - Flava In Ya Ear (ReMix)

Craig Mack is best known for his 1994 hit single "Flava In Ya Ear". This remix of the single was the breakout appearance of The Notorious B.I.G., as well as one of the first solo appearances by Busta Rhymes.

The delivery of superstars such as Biggie and Busta are uncanny and original, helping making this a stand-out track and instant rap classic.

Plus just watching Busta make me laugh and smile.

I heard this song, Amish Paradise by Weird Al again after not hearing it for a while, and it brought me out a horrible mood and put me in my normal happy, hyper mood. :P

My God - Jethro Tull
If you don't like the little acoustic guitar in the beginning, bear with it, because it's a great song. I heard it recently, and I realized how good it was.

Isn't it funny when you hear something you haven't heard in a while, and you appreciate it more than you ever did before?

Patrick Stump - "Spotlight (Oh Nostalgia)"
Patrick Stump - "Spotlight (New Regrets)"
Yeah, there are two versions of this song since it is not yet released. I mostly like this song because it's Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy and I love his music. Out of the two I personally like Oh Nostalgia better because it just sounds better with the song than the other.

(There are two versions due to he does not know which one he wants to put on his up coming ablum, so he left it up for people to vote on it)

Thanks for the replies and dont forget to drop a song whenever you find one you cant stop listening to, at least 10 times per day XD

Rodrigo y Gabriela - Wish You Were Here and Viking Man (at Glastonbury)

Its a mexican musical duo who specialize in playing fast, rhythmic acoustic guitars. They met in a thrash metal band =P and play some other good covers too.

I like the crowd singing that classic song, so powerful and inspiring; and Rodrigo y Gabriela performance, i already heard one of their albums but live is another story, holy....

Nirvana - You Know You're Right

Last official single to be released by the American grunge band Nirvana.

A last and nice Nirvana song, so intriguing and ... "I'm so warm and calm inside, i no longer have to hide ... PAINNNNNN"

Well my idea was to find a real way to share music, cause whenever somebody post a list or discuss about "good" stuff something goes wrong. Post the song(s : 2) you like the most in the past hours or something like that and since this is for "share", would be nice to talk about the song a little.

By the way, if somebody has something to say about a specific post go to the respective profile.

***

Detonador - True

Detonador is a band from my city, influenced by 90's grunge and this is a cover. "True" is the title track from Spandau Ballet's 1983 album True.

What a cover!! whoa, really into rock style and so nice.

I Need a Doctor

Such a great song, the chorus is mesmerizing, and the verses are just laid down great, perfectly fitting the meaning of the song.
