FYI, the Judicial branch was never supposed to make any laws or policies. Only Congress can. The executive branch decides the important decisions, like declaring war, withdrawing troops from another country or putting them there. Many earlier presidents, like pres. Lincoln, did things that the Supreme court said should not be done. The judicial branch should have no power over the executive branch. That is why the President of the US is considered the most important and powerful position in the world.
Well, I don't care about Obama's policies since he just wants to pass anything, conservative or liberal.

The President is worthless. He only has three responsibilities and in times of peace, only two. I think the Supreme Court should do that, if you ask me.

Everything has a voice and needs a voice. If you feel like you don't need one and want your brain to do the talking, you can try. I'm not sure if it would work out too well, though. Sadly, that is the way it is. You can impeach him if you like, but he would always be the head of the country. It's why you elected him, to be the head of the country. To voice your opinion.

Congress can overturn a presidential veto. And the congress only represents 535 people.
Yet congress really doesn't represent the nation. Still the same old rich white guys, just different special interest groups slipping them millions of dollars.
It does a better job, though. Congress, as it is, sucks but as it was intended, it is far better than the president.
