Rich people buy the stupidest things just because they have the money, to make people know they're rich. I remember there was once an artist who made 100 (i think) cans and labeled them as "Artist Sh!t". Some of those cans were sold at about 1 million dollars. It turned out it was just a joke, there was nothing inside. People just bought them because they were very rare and expensive.
