SOme have the notion that this is Leonardo as a woman. I think she is smiling because thats what Leonardo asked her to do.

but dont look long time

Why?

People are always looking at something.

Right; even if they got closed eyes.

I never got what is so extrodinary about her.

Maybe because it's the most expensive picture ever. Or also this;

Omg, she follows me when i go right but not left.

She might not even be a real person. The artist could have just sat down and painted a lady smiling and looking out into the distance.

no not true, i studied the artists of the reinasance, it was like some kings wife and he wanted a portrat of her, so yes she was looking at the artist or right next to the artist

some people believe her "smile" is either she just found out that she was pregnat
the other reason was that it could be a fake smile, cause she actually just lost her baby thats why her husband wanted a portrait of her so seeing the painting would make her happy

it took the artist 3 years to finish, he was a major perfectionist so he would always find something wrong with it.. he slept next to it a couple times before giving it to her..

Although Mona Lisa is one of the most if not the most famous painting in history, although it is a mystery as to who she is, if she is even real, and where Da Vinci got the inspiration to paint her. I believe that is why the painting is so intriguing. Curiousity is what draws people in the most.

Actually, we do know who modeled for the Mona Lisa. Da Vinci was commissioned to do a portrait of an aristocrat's wife, her name was Lisa del Giocondo. Lisa del Giocondo is definitely the "Mona Lisa", it was confirmed a few years ago.
As for the lack of eyebrows...some people think that the eyebrows were originally painted, but because the paint has worn away slightly the eyebrows slowly faded away. Maybe Da Vinci intentionally painted the Mona Lisa without eyebrows as some sort of symbolism. It's also possible that Lisa del Giocondo just didn't have any eyebrows for some reason. xP
