are you a retard?
pot in small amounts used sparingly won't have the ill effects of using large amounts daily, the government can track it if people were a bit more responsible

If someone takes a large amount of a harmful drug, then yes they can do stupid stuff. Though if people are smart enough not to go on a drinking binge every day, that effect is minimal.
So if this is true, then why is alcohol illegal? It is one of the more harmful drugs, but it is still legal. It is easier dangerous or it isn't. If it is, then why have any legalized? If it isn't, then why not legalize everything?
While we are on the topic, anyone remember last time alcohol was banned? People still used it. They just used a much more harmful version that had to be obtained using illegal methods. If people want something, they will find a way to get it. Legalize everything, and you eliminate the current gang's biggest form of receiving currency, pretty much breaking them up. Since the people who would do drugs if they are illegal are the same people who would use it if it was legal, why not legalize it?
AND GETTING HIGH DAMAGES YOUR BRAIN FROM THE START
Source? And please quit yelling. IT IS REALLY ANNOYING TO USE ALL CAPS ALL THE TIME, AND KIND OF MAKES YOU LOOK LIKE A N00B WHO DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT.
Please do read your own sources. As all of the paragraphs say the term "High dose of marijuana", not "Once you get high". I have never taken the stuff myself, or any other form of drug not prescribed to me, so I don't have any clue what it is and the article (Which truthfully I just skimmed over for main words) stated something like "15 THC" or something to that effect, considering that it has a miniscule amount, would be a ton of marijuana.
That's because alcohol is used in a lot of products. 'Pot,' on the other hand, isn't.
I am speaking of the drug alcohol, the kind made to be ingested. Beer, vodca, wine, booze, whatever the hell you want to call it, it is a drug that has a negative effect on the mind, far worse than say marijuana. So why is it still legal, while more tame substances are not?

hmmm but this is also getting high and this is the only 1 i could find in 2 min
It is a small paragraph stating that drugs taken threw the blood get to the brain, and thus take effect, faster. It isn't even referring to smoking marijuana, more of an injection thing.
Don't assume that just because they aren't made to be ingested doesn't mean that they aren't. My brother-in-law once got asked by a homeless person the alcohol content of a bottle of mouthwash. My brother-in-law kept on walking, and the guy ended up downing the bottle.
I am still missing your point, could you please state it? Alcohol is a drug, and it is harmful if taken in excess. Pot is a drug, and is harmful if taken in excess. What is the problem?
